The Newton Fast MEWP Kit 2 bundles the Petzl NEWTON® FAST Size 2 fall-arrest harness with a pre-assembled ABSORBICA®-I VARIO adjustable lanyard, two connectors, two positioning bars and a rope bag, ready to put into service.

This kit suits utility linemen, telecom technicians and construction crews working from mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) — boom lifts, scissor lifts and bucket trucks — where the worker ties off to the platform anchor point for fall restraint or fall arrest. The Petzl NEWTON® FAST harness dons with both feet on the ground: FAST LT PLUS buckles on the sternal strap and both leg loops fasten quickly, even with gloves, without loss of adjustment. The Petzl ABSORBICA®-I VARIO lanyard is a single-leg energy absorber that adjusts from 70 to 167 cm to reduce potential fall height, rated for users weighing 60–140 kg (75–140 kg under CSA Z259.11-17).
