Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. A second notification containing tracking information will be sent as soon as your shipment is dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
